Find your Property

Find your desired property.
Manage your serach online and save your favorite property.

Step 3

Make an Offer

You found the desired property.
We communicate your offer to the seller.

Step 4

Seller Accepts

once your offer is accepted, you can proceed to the sales agreement.

Step 5

Sales Agreement

The agreement will be drafted by the Agency and signed by both parties.
Deposit will be kept with the agency.

Step 6

Organize Finance

Mortgage lender will evaluate the propery and approve the amount and/or % to be financed.

Step 7

Ownership Transfer

The property is transferred in your name then title deed is issued. Payment must be finalized.
